Paper upload and registration

The organising committee highly recommends uploading papers through “EasyChair” service. In order to log in EasyChair page for the RTU conference, authors have to use the following link:

Those authors who already have an EasyChair account can use it for logging in the RTU conference. Other authors must create a new one. To do that, click on sign up for an account and enter your personal information. After the registration authors can log in EasyChair and get full information about the Conference upload system and upload full papers for revision.

In special occasions Organizing Committee can allow to upload papers also through the e-mail of the conference

The organising committee asks the authors to fill their registration forms (see below) and send the complete forms to the e-mail of the conference

The official working language of the conference is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.

All accepted papers will be included in an electronic version of conference proceedings (CD).

In addition reviewershighly-evaluated papers will be included in a hard copy (scientific Journal of Riga Technical University) and will be available through EBSCO and CSA/Proquest (abstracts only) data bases and through VERSITA e-publishing.
