RTUCON2023 registration (closed)

The organising committee highly recommends uploading papers (formatted by "IEEE template ISO A4") through “EasyChair” service till July 14August 04, 2023! Please, keep in mind that the reviewable versions of papers (drafts) are at least 4 full pages. Authorship: Changes to author list are NOT allowed (add, remove), except swapping (first author cannot be swapped). In order to log in EasyChair page for the RTUCON2023 conference, authors have to use the following link: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rtucon2023

Those authors who already have an EasyChair account can use it for logging in the RTU conference. Other authors must create a new one. To do that, click on sign up for an account and enter your personal information. After the registration authors can log in EasyChair and get full information about the Conference upload system and upload full papers for revision.

Prepare final paper - September 20!

Please, read carefully the reviews of our experts and modify your paper in correspondence to their remarks (if they exist). Also, please, format the final version of your paper in correspondence to the formatting rules of the conference that can be found here: http://www.conference.rtu.lv/rtucon/authors-registration.html

Do not forget to keep the original list of the authors in the beginning of your paper and to place a short biography of the presenting author at the end. The biography (about 50 words) should contain details of graduation, current state and scientific interests. No photograph is necessary in this biography. Note that the maximal volume of the paper is six (6) pages. From one to four (1…4) extra pages can be added for extra fee 25EUR per page. Only files of editable MSWORD *.docx format and LaTeX file sets will be accepted.
