Paper upload and registration
The organising committee highly recommends uploading papers (formatted by "IEEE template ISO A4") through “EasyChair” service till April 20, 2018 ! Please, keep in mind that the reviewable versions of papers (drafts) must be ANONYMOUS. In order to log in EasyChair page for the RTUCON2018 conference, authors have to use the following link: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rtucon2018
Those authors who already have an EasyChair account can use it for logging in the RTU conference. Other authors must create a new one. To do that, click on sign up for an account and enter your personal information. After the registration authors can log in EasyChair and get full information about the Conference upload system and upload full papers for revision.
In special occasions Organizing Committee can allow to upload papers also through the e-mail of the conference power2018@conference.rtu.lv.
The registration fee for each accepted paper for publishing is 200 EUR (include: meals; author's kit; one paper (4 to 6 pages) for publishing); extra catering is 50 EUR; extra author's kit is 50 EUR; extra pages (up to 4) is 25 EUR per page.
